Dover Contracting Company was founded in 1995 by H. Kenneth Matthews with a focus on providing High-Level industry expertise and outstanding Craftsmanship. This mentality has continued through successors Christen Matthews and Joe Frampton to ensure DCC doesn’t just complete projects; but build long standing relationships with all our clients.

With a consistent focus on continually growing and excelling in our business, DCC has been a leader in the Commercial, Medical, Hospitality and Retail Industries for 27 years. DCC has constructed over 700 units for national concepts, franchisees, independent single-unit operators, hotels, developers and property owners. We have a long history of satisfied clients, successful projects and financial stability.   • To Provide Expedient, Effective Warranty Services: As important as the construction process is, if we fail to support the team operating the space when they have an issue, then everything we did prior to opening the space has been diminished. DCC recognizes the importance of a fast and thorough response to the Warranty needs of your operations staff. Our Warranty Team does not just field calls and e-mails, we follow up at each step with the operators and subcontractors until the issue has been resolved.
